A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- All body butter, sugar scrubs and bath salts are final sales. These items cannot be returned.
- Refunds for candles will be issued on a individual case basis. Once a thorough review and investigation is completed it will be determined whether a refund is necessary.
- Please contact us immediately if you have concerns regarding your purchase.
- Ausome Creations & Boutique LLC is not responsible for damaged, broken or missing packages. Please file a claim with the USPS in the event that any of the above mentioned incidents occurs.
